The visit to Bodega Guzman was one of the most amazing of my life. I didn’t eat any food but wandered in wishing to try a glass of montilla, the local dry white wine made by the solera system. It was poured straight from the barrel, cost me 0.90 euros (80p !!!), and my head exploded with the flavour. The most incredible of all my many wine-tasting experiences. I will not have a word said against the place…
