(back post from my time in Madrid)
Mediocre food, really nothing memorable or worth the prices. Next time I’ll just make some chow fun at home. I wanted to treat Almeida to somewhere nice to eat, and we all dressed up. Despite the lame food, I must say that it did have very nice decor, service, and a pleasant ambience.
It was a nice break from Spanish food (it was Asian fusion, or maybe just Pan-Asian), but didn’t measure up to what I expect for those prices. It wasn’t horribly expensive, but I’d just prefer to take my money elsewhere next time.
