Sour Cream Cornbread

Avoid this horrible, deceivingly well-rated cornbread recipe on allrecipes.com
It came out edible, but not at all the sweet and fluffy goodness you expect when you make cornbread. Dense and not sweet. Ira said it tasted like Korean rice cakes hahaha. Thanks, Ira, but not quite the texture I was going for.
